In 2023/24, we showcase our sustainability outcomes through seven highlight topics Chairman’s Statement
covering all URA operations, including planning, acquisition and clearance, building design,
construction, property management, rehabilitation and corporate communications.
In the coming year, the URA will further strengthen our ESG governance to underscore our
commitment to sustainability. We will also establish our Sustainable Finance Framework and Managing Director’s Statement
commence the development of our Green Projects and Social Projects Inventories by
referencing international standards, including principles set up by the International Capital
